Thermal oil boilers designed by Hisarmak are designed to heat the thermal oil used in the boiler to 270 ° C at low pressure values.
Thermal oil boilers are preferred by enterprises that require high temperatures because the boiler can reach high temperatures with low pressure values.
The system can operate safely and automatically with PLC controlled control panel. In addition, since oil is used in the boiler, no abrasion occurs and there is no need for pipe cleaning since calcification does not occur in the pipes.
Thermal Oil Boilers have many advantages. While steam boilers operate at high pressure, hot oil boilers operate at low pressure, so operational safety is higher. There is no need for any conditioning when using the heat transfer oil used in the boiler and the oil can be used for a long time. This ensures low maintenance and operating costs for the entire system.
The gas and liquid fuel hot oil boilers we produce are designed as three-pass, round spiral pipes. The pipes used in the boiler are seamless, steel drawn boiler pipes in accordance with DIN 4754. There is a burner in front of the boiler to provide ignition. When the combustion takes place, the flame spreads inside the round spiral pipes inside the boiler and transmits the heat. The smoke gases formed after spreading inside the spiral pipe are sent to the rear smoke box of the boiler. After the rear smoke box, if there is an economizer in the system, it is sent to the economizer, if there is no economizer in the system, it is sent to the chimney.

As with gas and liquid fuel hot oil boilers, solid fuel hot oil boilers are preferred by enterprises that need high temperature.
In solid bed hot oil boilers, the boiler is designed in a cylindrical shape. There is a spiral pipe bundle inside the boiler. The pipes used in the boiler are seamless steel drawn boiler pipes. The hot oil boiler system is completely controlled by PLC system (with the latest technological functions). In addition, thanks to the filtering system used in our boilers, the smoke gases discharged by the chimney comply with the air pollution control regulations.
Although the amount of fuel consumption of coal-fired boilers is higher, the fuel cost is low because the boiler can burn coal with low fuel size (0-16mm) and low calorie (1500-6000 kcal) values. As a result, it is also financially cheaper than a gas-fired boiler.
