Scotch Type Steam Boilers They are liquid and gas fueled, flame-smoke tube, high efficiency and fully cylindrical steam boilers most commonly used in industrial facilities requiring high pressure. Since they have a large water volume, they respond quickly to sudden steam needs.
Its efficiency is 92% and with the economizer, the efficiency is 95%. It is extremely suitable for automation.

Technical Specifications
- The manufactured Scotch steam boilers are our company’s products and are in accordance with TSE 12953 in terms of design and construction.
- The sheets used are pressure vessel sheets in P355 -P265-P235 GH quality standards.
- Steel drawn boiler pipes conforming to EN 10216-2 standard.
- Inner and outer wall welding is done with fully automatic SAW submerged arc welding method in manufacturing.
- Smoke pipes are welded to the front and rear plates of the boiler.
- A full-size corrugated furnace used in the boiler design.
- The finished steam boilers are subjected to hydraulic test at 1.5 times the working pressure.
