Scotch Type Steam Boilers They are liquid and gas fueled, flame-smoke tube, high efficiency and fully cylindrical steam boilers most commonly used in industrial facilities requiring high pressure. Since they have a large water volume, they respond quickly to sudden steam needs.

Technical Specifications

  1. The manufactured Scotch steam boilers are our company’s products and are in accordance with TSE 12953 in terms of design and construction.
  2. The sheets used are pressure vessel sheets in P355 -P265-P235 GH quality standards.
  3. Steel drawn boiler pipes conforming to EN 10216-2 standard.
  4. Inner and outer wall welding is done with fully automatic SAW submerged arc welding method in manufacturing.
  5. Smoke pipes are welded to the front and rear plates of the boiler.
  6. A full-size corrugated furnace used in the boiler design.
  7. The finished steam boilers are subjected to hydraulic test at 1.5 times the working pressure.
